Notes
From Josh Jensen of PG
0.75 lb Rice Hulls
Sugar added during the last 20 minutes of the boil
"Hops: (all are whole hops, 3 strains w/ 3 (1 oz.) bags each. Every 11 min I fish another one out of the brown paper bag at random, and record what goes in. Kind of like Pizza Port's Hop 15 on a smaller scale. The dry hops are a choice, not random.)"

Dry hops were 1 oz of each in the secondary and 1 oz of a single variety into a different keg.

This was served to great effect with a 2oz charge of Centennial on the Randall at the 2007 SCHF
